Bought a car in January. The tyres on the car were only just legal and should not have got through the mechanical check. The tracking was also out. They did replace the tyres however this was an inconvenience and took the shine off getting the car. There was only one key with the car. I have made multiple calls with the promise of a call from a manager. I am still waiting. I am really disappointed with the service provided.
Luckas was very patient and understanding when my bank locked my account on the card reader so he took me to my bank in winsford and got the payment sorted then took me to tax the car so I could drive it home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan.
From viewing the car to picking the car up it was a pleasant experience. The car was everything I wanted and the car checks before it came out picked up discs and pads which were replaced. Sophie was really pleasant and friendly. You can’t fault anything about the buying experience.
The salesman Mike Brown was very good during the experience. I was a bit disappointed with the collection of the car as the car was not very well valeted with a lot of dust and marks on the interior, the foot mats were dirty and it looked like it had not had a vacuum. There was very little explanation on the workings of the various instruments which I found a bit difficult to understand on first drive off.
We found a car we absolutely lovely and were invited to view it the next morning. We dealt with Sienna at the Winsford branch who was excellent from start to finish! She made the process so easy, explained everything on the way and made the experience seamless. Very question was answered promptly, we are in love with the car and brought it home yesterday. Would definitely recommend FOW and their service, and hope Sienna gets recognised for her excellent customer service.
