It was a four and a half hour round trip to FOW for us, so a day gone in the hope that the car you're going to look at is worth it. The price was very good, too good? Phoned up to ask a few questions and asked for a genuine condition opinion over the phone. The lovely member of staff rang me back a little time later and gave her honest assessment. The vehicle was just as described, it's fabulous, so much so we've spent this first month of ownership thinking, there's got to be something wrong with it for that price. Nope, just a very competitive, aggressive pricing level. It's a Nissan Leaf and our first EV, so the 3-Pin charger with the car was essential for us. Unfortunately this Nissan charger turned out to be faulty. I rang FOW, sent the photos showing the fault and filled out a short form and they had a replacement charger sent to me within days. So after a month I can say it was definitely worth the two round trips, the car was a bargain tbh, the aftercare was first class and it's a no fuss sales experience. I'm someone who thinks you shouldn't review something/someone until enough time's passed to make a proper assessment and I'm more than happy to recommend FOW to anyone.
Before buying a car from FOW Winsford, I hadn’t heard of them as I don’t live in area. The sales process was friendly, straight forward and there was no pressure to buy the car or warranty. Unfortunately, 3 faults were identified shortly after purchasing, which were not evident on the test drive. Liv, in the after sales team was extremely helpful and arranged for diagnostics to be carried out at a garage that was convenient for me. She kept me informed along the way and made arrangements for the repairs to be completed as soon as possible. Claiming under a 30 day warranty is a moment of truth and I must say that Liv and FOW surpassed my expectations. Well done and thank you for providing such excellent, prompt and efficient after sales service - you have been a pleasure to deal with.
Our sales lady was very patient and helpful. Although the price I got in part ex was less than I hoped for it was my choice to accept it and the car I purchased was immaculately prepared when I picked it up. The loss of 1 star was for the pickup where the stand in gentleman (my sales rep was on holiday) made it very clear he was doing us a favour being there as he normally finished an hour earlier, took other phone calls during the handover and couldn’t get rid of us fast enough…. This must be my 6th car through them though as I like the lack of haggling and extensive choice and other than the odd occasion fantastic customer service.
It was so easyhad lovely sales assistant Ariji hope thats spelt correctly she was very professional and so helpfull when we had a bank gliche. All paper work ready all questions answered abd sale completedin one visit and i was able to drive away that afternoon.Would highly recommend
