I recently purchased an X5 from Joe at Formula Prestige Motors, and I have nothing but good things to say about Joe and his team! His website showed a range of high spec cars which were all photographed and detailed incredibly well, it made visiting the showrooms easy as I was sure I would see one I really liked!. When I visited, I was not disappointed the cars were even better than the photos showed. All were immaculately clean; I had a test drive and within an hour I had made a purchase.. possibly the nicest car I have ever owned. I planned to collect the car the following week but when the day came around, I couldn’t make it, no problem to Joe he made arrangements to deliver the car to me, which was incredible saved me an hour’s journey! However, the icing on the cake.. three weeks ago, I ran over a ladder on the M4 and broke a piece off the body kit of the car, clearly lots of other things could have happened I was very lucky. I rang him and asked could he recommend anything, could he help at all! He took it all in his stride and asked me to pop back in today where he fitted a new body kit to the front of the car! Amazing service and I would recommend Joe and the team to anybody looking for a car- Alan

NOT TRUST WORTHY!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a car, but god help you if you have any issue as soon as you pull off the forecourt. Aggressive and verbally abusive, they will do whatever they can to get out of any warranty issue. Even told me they’d “sort me out if I came down”. Disgusting old school bully mentality. NOT REGISTERED WITH MOTOR ONBUDSMAN.

Recently purchased a Ford Custom Transit from these guys. First class service all round. Travelled down to Wales Newport station to collect the vehicle. I was collected and take back to offices. My van was ready to go and just as they’d promised. Very happy with the van and can highly recommend Prestige as a supplier. Highly recommend the family cafe next door to set you up for your journey home!! Thanks guys great team and see you next time round for my next van!!

Went to view a BMW X5. Top lads - showed me the car. Went for a spin. Advised me on xyz about the car on the test drive. Nice fellas. Lovely car. Sent payment over next day and arranged collection. Opened early for me to collect / car was immaculate. Amazingly valeted and prepped. Defo recommend.

My experience with this dealership started positively but quickly turned disappointing. I was assured certain matters relating to my part exchange vehicle would be handled promptly, but this was not the case. I only discovered the issue when I received a letter from a third party and an unexpected payment was taken from my bank account—something I had been led to believe would not happen. When I tried to get answers, I was met with delays and excuses. It was only after I became firm and made it clear I was prepared to take further action that the matter was resolved. Communication and after-sales support were far below the standard I would expect, and I would advise anyone dealing with them to get everything confirmed in writing and follow up closely. Furthermore car had a few outstanding issues which they promised they'll resolve but surprise surprise.... they didn't. Avoid at all costs. Rather buy from another trusted dealer. Joe and Adam are nasty people.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Formula Prestige Motors. Prestige – they are not! What we thought would be a smooth transaction turned into a very stressful experience. Fifteen days after receiving the vehicle, and after being told all loose ends had been tied, we received a letter from a third-party company stating that the outstanding matter on our part exchange had not been settled. This caused us an extremely stressful 24 hours, made worse by the fact that a direct debit was also taken from our account for something we believed had been sorted. Although the issue was eventually resolved, my husband had to spend a lot of time chasing, going back and forth, and pushing for a satisfactory outcome. This stress could have been completely avoided had the dealership delivered on their promises in the first place. Safe to say, we will not be using them again, and would caution others to proceed with care.

Recently purchased an X5 45e. Great communication from the garage. They helped by fitting glass tints prior to the delivery of the vehicle. A small issue was quickly and fairly dealt with. Easy recommend and already have done to a friend wanting something sporty. Worth a call to these guys. Very helpful

Great experience with these guys, really easy, fast and friendly. Car has been great, and all the cars they had looked really clean and in good condition. They didn't have the second set of keys when I bought the car but posted them out with the new v5 in no time. Highly reccomend.
