This place was great! I was buying a car for the first time on finance, and was very nervous. This was the first place I went to view a car and instantly loved it. I went to look elsewhere too but ended up coming back to this place. The people were lovely, and patient while I made up my mind. They also drove the car to my workplace so I could fit in time to test drive it. The man I spoke to about financing was also very helpful and patient when I asked a lot of questions, and transparent about commission, interest etc. When I picked up the car I was quite nervous, and they again were patient and kind. My car is also great, and I’m very happy. Thank you!

Recently brought an Audi a3 from this garage, good range of cars from 4x4s to Electric, I opted to a eco run around. From start to finish of my Purchase was very easy and no rush or typical dealer tactics. Felt relaxed all the way through and you can tell they care about their customers and the cars. Each car sold won’t have any advisories prior to Purchase and provided with a full 12 months mot with the bonus of warranty. Very happy with the car and was exactly how it was advertised and described. Thankyou

I purchased a very nice Honda Jazz a few months ago from Focus. Very nice people selling honesty good quality used cars at reasonable prices. It took me 3 months to find the right car. Having delt with Cowboys, Clowns, wideboys and liars these people are honest and want to sell you a decent car with zero sales pressure.

I recently bought a VW beetle from focus car sales. My experience was amazing, very friendly people, happy to help and advise. I test drove the car and said I'd be back in a few days with my partner to look at it further, this was absolutely fine and there was no pushing or prompting me to buy. I came back and had a lovely experience again. I part exchanged my car which was a lovely, easy and a hassle free process and I paid for the new vehicle, I was then helped when collecting my car, with changing over ownership and helped to tax my new car before leaving. The car I was buying had a full service , cambelt and MOT before me collecting it which was lovely and again hassle free for me. The experience was lovely and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone!

Car was described to be in FANTASTIC condition on the ad and multiple times over the phone. It wasn't! UPDATE Only now realised that you had replied. Sorry it's been couple of years but nevertheless I feel I owe the internet some explanation :D ``` Ok, so this guy wanted to pay for a Nissan Qashqai over the phone that he'd never viewed!! And yes we stand by our condition statement as "fantastic" We explained that's not how things work, we were willing to take a deposit of \xa3200 over the phone and when the customer had satisfied himself of the condition, he could the pay the balance! ``` Oh yea I deffo remember calling multiple times to check on the condition and you saying that there was not a mark on it. I even recall asking you to check for a scratch on the rear bumper which you said was not there but was actually there when I had come down to see the car. ``` It gets better! The customer decided to call a family member (who we guess lives nearer to us) and this guy came to us and viewed the vehicle and was more than happy with the car and would report back with good findings! ``` Yes I asked him to look at the car. I agree that he should have checked the car more thoroughly and I was disappointed that if he had spotted those issues we wouldn't have had to come down all the way from Swansea. ``` A day or two passed and our customer called with a pick up date. the car was subject to a full service, m.o.t, and a full valet. Car collection day came and the customer turned up with 4 other people who inspected the car to and expected it to not have a mark or blemish on it! A 5 year old vehicle covered 45 thousand miles will have the odd mark or stone chip! The Nissan was put back up for sale and was sold 2 days later to a customer who decribed the car as "the best one they've see" ``` 4 other people?! Me and my friend had come down from Swansea. It's a long journey back so would rather share the drive back if we were to buy the car. The 2 others were the family member who had come to already view the car for us and his young son. He offered to give us a lift to your dealership. It's a 5 year old car and it was priced around 12.5k or 13.5k I think. Might not be a lot of money for you though. Couple of scratches are fine for a car described to be in FANTASTIC condition as it's 5 years old and done 45,000 miles I agree. However, putty coming off the tailgate from a previous repair and one of the brake lights being cracked is not that FANTASTIC is it? Maybe my idea of FANTASTIC is different to yours. My only regret is the family member who viewed the car for us not being able to spot these issues which I picked up in about 2 mins. I do have a good eye though. Honestly if it was a small scratch or 2 I wouldn't bother as I am no Karen :D It's been about 6 years and my perspective has changed a bit too. I am a bit of a car guy now and has got into working on my cars and helping friends and family with repairs on their cars too. I probably wouldn't have backed out from buying the car if it were now. The boot could probs be repaired for \xa3350 (cheapest paint guy I know) and rear light can be sourced from ebay or breakers and fit quite easily. I would have deffo asked the dealer to knock off the money for this work though. The putty flaking off can't be brushed off as a blemish as that's just a poor repair job, it will just get worse after couple of years and some pressure washes. Being quite young and inexperienced in the motor trade, I asked for a refund as that was the agreement over the phone. But you were not having any of it and didn't want to refund. Even to this day this experience has left me scarred and cheated so I always take precautions when going to buy any car. Also folks, in car trade FANTASTIC means crap all so go and have the car checked out yourselves unless you 100% know you can refund your deposit. Lost quite a bit of money on travel expenses and the deposit itself but it was an expensive lesson I needed!

Bought a 2015 seat Leon fr, When you turn up there is 0 pressuring selling they leave you alone to look around there stock, we found the car we was interested in went in to ask for a test drive, after told them we was going to go have a chat and get back to them and was told that was fine. We decided to buy the car called up paid \xa3100 deposit. 3 days later we received a phone call cars ready to collect. They give all cars a fresh mot and a service with no advisory’s which is great for that added peace of mind. After a few weeks I noticed some noises with my clutch / flywheel, which is a big chunk on a car of this value. They treated me fairly they was polite and resolved my issue. Always judge a car dealer how they treat you when somthing goes wrong and focus was great. Will return when I’m ready for a new car for sure. Thanks

Great selection of cars which you can view under no pressure. The sales team are friendly and helpful. When we collected the car we had purchased we thought it could have been a little cleaner. There was water marks down the window and still some dust inside the car. This is minor and just took the edge off collecting the car. But overall a good second hand car dealer which I would happily use again.
