I brought my Kia Xceed at the beginning of the month. The service right through from the beginning to the end was brilliant. The whole team made the full process simply and stress free. The car is great and exactly what I wanted. You can tell they looked after it, clean drives smoothly not cosmetic or other issues. They were understanding that I a good 1hr 30mins away from the garage and they kindly brought the car closer too me. Very appreciative. Would recommend they staff here to anyone.

The assistance, help and sound qualified advice is in abundance here at FMC. Purchasing a motor vehicle is always a rather stressful experience particularly for those requiring the right WAV and need help in their choice but not so with FMC Cars as there is no sales pressure, no after sale badgering to sell additional insurance, roadside assistance or additional items that really you don’t want just good honest straightforward support combined with an easy flexible and trustworthy process. I highly recommend this friendly company to anyone who wants to make vehicle purchase an enjoyable process.

Today I picked up my Blue Citroen HDi Feel after viewing it a few days ago. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. From first contact over the telephone, to going and viewing the car, picking the car up and everything in between these guys were so helpful, non pushy and nothing was too much trouble. They really go out of their way and their cars are great quality and prices. I would highly recommend that anyone wishing to purchase a WAV vehicle puts FMC at the top of their list. Received my Citroen yesterday very clean and tidy as seen on web site, great car nothing to much trouble for delivery driver went through all details of car, showed us how to fix wheelchair in back, found that seat belt was a bit short said he would send extension to us never expected it arrive the next day not even 24hours,that's what I call service, this is one firm I will recommend to anyone that needs a wav or car, thanks very much Keith and Pauline .

Today I've taken delivery of my 'new' vehicle from FMC Cars. Excellent - from the website (plenty of clear photos, and all the details), to the friendly, helpful 'man-in-charge-by-phone', Roger, to the lovely delivery driver, Richard. I was given clear, concise answers to any questions, and never felt pressured in any way. Richard, in particular, is a star, giving me a 'driving lesson' in the carpark, as I've driven a manual car for over 40 years, never an automatic before...!! But until I can get my tax exempted, (yes, he even explained how) I mustn't drive it, and I can't wait! 😉 Thankyou all at FMC. It's been a pleasure - like dealing with helpful brothers. 🫡 Oh - and the Citroen Berlingo with a rear ramp, is exactly as I chose online - perfect!👌 Sadly, I have had to edit this review, as after having the vehicle for less than 3 months, and less than 100 miles, the engine warning light appeared!! I took it straight to my town Citroen Dealership, who did an instant diagnostic test. It transpired that it needed to have the Adblue tank replaced - \xa31,200!!! In all fairness, I established a direct link between FMC Car Sales and my local Citroen dealer - Citroen (Merthyr Tydfil) did the repairs, and (I take it?) FMC paid for it.

Our car arrived yesterday, exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Richard was brilliant and explained everything, nothing was to much trouble and I'm an old lady in her 70's but I never felt hurried or pressured to buy in anyway. Part Exchange was easy and it was a pleasure to do business with this company. My husband managed to get out and about for the first time in a year, should have changed cars sooner so if anyone is thinking about doing it I'd say do it and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for all your help. I never normally leave a review that tells you how good you are.
