The experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil was good because Derek was very helpful when we went to see the vehicle, we took it for a test drive, he wasn’t pushy which I apppreciated as I didn’t want to make a decision that day. On picking up the vehicle he went through the paperwork clearly and then took the time to make sure I was confident on how everything worked before we drove away with my new car.
