Received letter from Five Acres Garage, reminding me of my 1st service due shortly on my Nissan vehicle. Emailed to get details and a price, which was provided promptly. Requested a booking for this 1st service, and was then told the quoted price was increased by \xa3100! ----- not an acceptable practise.
Great service and very helpful staff. We had a flat tyre and I phoned to get help. They said they would be able to sort it if we managed to get there before 5pm. We made it and they changed the tyre no problem. Staff gave some good advice regarding new tyres and even checked the others. Very happy
We needed a car urgently and I had my heart set on Nissan juke, we had been to several other garages over the course of a week but Brandon at this garage was really helpful and not at all pushy like other salesmen were, he was so patient as I\u2019m 70 and must have tried his patience with all my questions about the car we found here, but he took his time to explain everything I asked about and was so kind, I personally could not praise him enough so thank you Brandon you are a credit to your garage.
