I contacted Rob by recommendation, my brother needed to sell a car as he has just moved to the USA. He had previously tried to sell the car to the "large national" car buyer before he left and had a disappointing experience. One call to Rob and some photos sent, he came back with a price, which was very competitive. The deal was agreed no hassle and no fuss - the purchase invoice raised within 24 hours, a test payment to my brothers bank was made to confirm the account, on the agreed day of collection the car was picked up and the agreed time! The full payment completed immediately and the money was in my brothers account. Swift, professional service from Rob at Fairfax Europe, he certainly made selling a car a painless and simple process from contact to completion. Ill start with the bad points,there wasn't any! Robert was extremely professional from start to finish. I sent my 18 year old son to view a vehicle as I work overseas, Robert treated the kids with absolutely exceptional service and ensured there experience was what it should be in viewing a vehicle , all queries answered, all history shared, no question from ourside in that Robert knows his vehicles inside and out , and isnt just selling on,any old motor.
