After sorting the arrival time, I was greeted promptly and directed to a reception area whilst the car was taken to the ramp for the tyre fitting and wheel alignment. I was kept informed of progress and the car was returned with everything returned to the boot neatly. This is my third experience of F&M's excellent service.

Bunch of crooks, promised refund which has not been issued, ignoring calls, work not done or planned. Currently owes me money, which I will have to refer to trading standards. Issued an estimate, a non legally binding document and due to the non existent customer service I do not want this garage touching my car because quite frankly they cant be trusted. Ill wait to hear from you.

Great stuff Dan. Thank you. Excellent (unplanned) pit stop on M5. You got us going in less than 2 hours: odd size run flat you had to source (plus oil, wipers etc). Fabulous advice and help. Cheers.

The team at F & M Autocare did a cracking job of repairing my daughters Corsa after an unfortunate bump. Service is spot on. Very easy to contact, extremely quick turn-around & all reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend them.
