100% recommend, best car dealer in town. My car broke down in November after school and I had my little boy in the car with me, and the guys at Ezat car sales very kindly came to help me restart - despite me mentioning I had called the breakdown cover for help and was waiting for them! It was freezing cold outside at that time and Ezat care sales were here within 10 min after speaking with them on the phone. So grateful I didn’t have to wait a few hours in the cold with my little boy for the breakdown cover guys to arrive. It was sorted in 10min with Ezat.

I had a positive experience with Ezat Car Sales. After my vehicle developed a fault, Ezat collected the car himself and fully honoured my consumer rights, he demonstrated professionalism and consideration for his clients. Although I ultimately didn’t proceed with a purchase, I genuinely appreciated his behaviour and he earned my respect. His son was also extremely polite and helpful during the sales process — he even picked me up at the station, which I really appreciated. I have no claims against them. They are nice people and I wish them all the best.

Bought a Freelander from these people for my son after passing his test, within a month the gearbox was leaking, when we took to a local garage for diagnosis also found the head gasket to be failing and the cause for a coolant leak! Quoted \xa31500/2000 for repair! He said if I return the car it won’t be for a full refund, he will actually charge us for having the use of the car for 6 weeks and any mileage increase since purchasing! NOT REPUTABLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, next stage, Trading Standards and Small Claims Court!

I let to go a lot of things. I just thought that they are the worst mechanics ever or maybe they deaf when they told me they took the car for long drive and all was good. Well a week after buying the car I had ball joints and shock top mounts changed as they were banging. Any way it overfilled today when I contacted DVLA asking for my V5. Well Ezat never send one. Avoid them at all cost.

Was stated good inside and out was stated it drives nice no issues for \xa3900 I was intrested On viewing Has major oil leak they serposenly didn't notice And on ignition turning and engine starting the engine was very loud with very bad grinding sounds (obviously they knew there was issues) At a guess due to oil leak - it's out of oil and its still be driven = a now costly repair Glad I didn't put deposit to succure as was told deposit was non refundable its already costed me paying a mechanic to take me down to view and buy as ive no licence yet! I'm now out of pocket!! If seller listed honest I wouldn't have wasted my time or be out of pocket doing the travel there Personally I think and my mechanic thinks they knew and just tried to flip quick - and this garage should be avoided as they obviously love ripping there customers off
