I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan X-Trail from this dealer as I urgently needed a 7-seater for my family. While the sales process was quick, the transparency regarding the vehicle's condition was very poor, and I feel let down. Key Issues Discovered: Undisclosed Damage: After paying a deposit, I discovered a major tear in the rear leather seating and the boot mat was missing(shown in the advert). Safety Concerns: The car was fitted with four completely different brands of tyres (Continental, Bridgestone, Toyo, and Kumho). Lack of Cleanliness: The car was handed over in a poor state. The interior was not cleaned, especially the back seats and footwells, which were still full of debris and dirt. Key Issues: The car only came with one key. While the dealer claimed this wasn't in the ad(like Keys - 2), a professional dealer should be upfront about missing keys as they are expensive to replace. I was in a rush for a family car, but the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this dealer. If you do buy from here, inspect the car extremely thoroughly and check the MOT history yourself before handing over any money.
Amazing service from start to finish. We found a car on Auto trader, 4 and a half hours away from us. We had a hard time finding an automatic for my needs, but this was perfect and immaculate. Purchased a lovely golf from eye green car sales. The guys there are a lovely bunch and the car was presented well. Don't be put off buy the amount of cars in such a small place as you are going there for one thing in mind, and that's your chosen car. The drive home was spot on . Would definitely recommend.
I can not recommend the services of this garage enough ... Mohammed always goes out of his way to help my son with anything needed and definitely goes the extra mile. The recovery service provided is brilliant and we have used them twice now and haven't had to wait more than 20 minutes for the lorry to arrive where we are stranded! My opinion is lower than 1 star but if you go by the facts... Car was sold with a full MOT, however hadn't moved for 10 days since but somehow both front shock absorbers were gone, headlight bulb gone, battery was flat and wouldn't hold any charge once I got it home. The tyre was looking low so they put air in, I checked it straight away and they had put in 68psi opposed to the 33psi! Oh and they didn't send off the log book so I've had to reapply. All in all great \U0001f923 I knew what I was buying so was able to take this into consideration but I'm not sure how they can be comfortable sending a car on the road in this state.
