Bought a c class mercedes just before Christmas had a small issue with the wheels however they got it sorted for me can't fault them at all very friendly and helpful would highly recommend them if you want a honest car dealer

My 15 month old Abarth Turismo went back to Abarth as a reject.Being hooked on this model and new ones unavailable I found a very low mileage example at The Exclusive Motor Company.I found it to be in pristine condition inside and out.On a test drive it felt as good as new.What a find! The purchase went very smoothly.Being a family run business it was a very pleasant no pressure experience.I would definitely recommend anyone seeking a quality car to look them up.

I purchased a Land Rover defender, 110 yesterday and I couldn’t be more happier with it and the wonderful staff that helped me through the purchase. Gone are the day's of going to the main dealerships with high pressure salesman and more highly priced cars, this company exclusive motor company is a breath of fresh air when it comes to choice and excellent value and courtesy I was very happy with the part exchange agreement between us and with the offer of The three months warranty sealed it for me. Remember the saying try before you buy, it’s an excellent family run business, I’ll be returning again in a year or so time thank you very much exclusive motor company for a most pleasurable experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had such an amazing experience with Exclusive Motor Company in Harrow, Essex. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was spot on quick replies, super friendly, and really genuine. I arranged to view a car on a Saturday, and when I arrived, it was already out and waiting for me. The car itself was absolutely spotless I couldn’t believe how clean and well-kept it was for a 10-year-old vehicle. Looked even better than the online photos (which were already great quality!). As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how patient and honest they were. No pushy sales tactics, just lovely people who made me feel comfortable and confident. I ended up buying the car the same day! They sorted a full 12-month MOT and a few small bits for me, and even offered free delivery since the car wasn’t ready to drive away that day. Just a few days later, it was delivered to my door, amazing turnaround time. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with any dealership. Highly, highly recommend thank you so much!

I have never felt the need to leave a review of any description before. But these guys deserve it!!! Absolutely fantastic and honest service from this brilliant family run dealership. All made very easy, with excellent communication at all times without you ever feeling pressured. I have already recommended to various friends and family and would have no issues going back for future cars

Purchased my new car from Exclusive Motor Company in early March. The car is amazing and i absolutly love it, the car aside a can't praise EMC highly enough. I saw the car advertised on Autotrader and straight away looked on the EMC website, the website was so easy to navigate and find my car, there was loads of pictures a video and an in depth write up on the car which made my mind up to go and see it. I couldn't phone as i was at work but the website had a WhatsApp link which was really handy so i could register my interest. I was speaking to Keith through message and he answered all my questions about the car. The best part of the whole experience was being able to go and see the car outside normal hours, as I live about 70 miles Keith agreed to meet me and my wife around 8pm at night so we could look at the car. Once we arrived we looked at the car inside their modern lock up and then was able to take it for a test drive. We wasn't rushed and depite how late it was keith let us take all the time we needed to make our mind up. Once we had said yes to buying it Keith sorted all the paperwork and we arranged to pick it up a week later, again out of hours whihc wasn't a problem. On the day of collection Keith sent over the details so we could tax the car which was a really nice touch. As i sad i can't speak highly enough of EMC and am so greatful to Keith for all his help.
