Overall and with holding the extended guarantee, I serviced and MOT'd the vehicle through them. They are great with contact, very polite especially the lady in charge of my booking throughout. The work done was good with no concerns. However, I am disappointed with the lack of offering a courtesy car online when booked or even mentioned when discussed over the phone, costing me £35 in taxi fares. Would recommend then anyway as a main dealer and costs weren't too high considering.
Took my car in for service under the warranty service plan. The gentleman on reception was very grumpy. I was told it needed new brake pads & discs & a brake fluid change. All chargeable even though my service plan includes brake fluid change! When I went to collect it, no one could find it as there were 3 cars blocking it in. My car is 2 years old & done 9000 miles. An independent mechanic told me the pads were hardly worn & the discs ok. A good try Evan’s Halshaw!
I purchased a used ten thousand two hundred pounds Evoque seven weeks ago the car was back in their workshop five weeks later for a turbo replacement and is still there they still haven't fixed the car . They haven't contacted me once I've had to contact them for updates only to be given apologies and fobbed off for another week very poor service.
