Peter of Evan Halshaw Lincoln was god sent. Kept me informed of the situation. He was patient and understanding. A nice smooth process to the purchase. The collection of the vehicle was perfect and everything was prepared. The presentation of the showroom and approach from staff is excellent. Epitome of customer service. Brilliant service from both Matt & Stuart We've used Matt several times over the years and he's never disappointed us and is always positive, helpful and knowledgeable. On our recent transaction we've been introduced and dealt with Stuart, and again he's provided a really great service to us. All our dealings with him have been straight forward and easy to understand. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai or any used car.
I would just like to thank the staff who carried out my annual car service and it's first MOT. I was well informed. The staff on the reception desk are always courteous friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about my service plan. It's always Angela Gardner in the service reception who deals with my car service paperwork every year, she is very proactive member of staff. Everyone who works at Evans Halshaw have got good customer service skills, hence, this is the reason why I always service my car with them. Thank you.
