Exchanged a Hyundai i20 for an i10 at Hyundai Leicester. Was promised a refund for the outstanding monies paid on the i20 Service Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions. 6 weeks later still waiting … been fobbed off numerous times. Totally unacceptable and I’d encourage everybody to avoid … very poor and certainly never take out a Service Plan from this disgraceful organisation
It's always a great pleasure to walk up to Evans Halshaw's Middlesbrough reception desk and be greeted by name by the ever-welcoming Angela Gardner. Everything had been set up for the service on my Astra, and later I could watch the video summary of the findings. Angela handled the admin side with her customary efficiency and kept me informed of progress and of decisions I needed to make about optional work. And the car was beautifully clean at the end of it all.
