Really great customer care. A routine service found my exhaust was hanging on by the flexi hose. I needed the car for a 200 mile trip the following day so Angela managed to organise the replacement parts AND the work so I could be safely back on the road the same day. Very grateful and very impressed

Very informative and gave us an excellent video & commentary of the car which was extremely helpful as we were driving from Bristol to view/purchase the car, he was very upfront and transparent about a couple of issues on the car which he arranged to be sorted out and were completed to a good standard with no complaints.
