Went into the Middlesbrough ford Evan Halshaw to upgrade my car and got help with this from Neil. He helped check all the cars available in my price range. He was very professional and efficient. He made sure the car was ready to pick up as soon as possible due to needing the car quickly.
Big welcoming smile from Sarah as I arrived to drop my car off for its MOT at 8.25am Smooth process with friendly helpful staff. Only negative was I requested my vehicle back for no later than 2pm but didn't get it back until nearly 3pm due to them having a full calendar of services/MOTs and only one person doing the vehicle valeting. Might be worth having an extra person to help out on days like that.
Messed up my service in November 2025. Offered a hire car for the day when it was rebooked. Told to bring in my drivers licence. Just got to citroen and there is no record of the hire car, so I have to waste my morning waiting for the service. Terrible customer service, No manager on site to complain to either. Wouldn't even pay for a taxi home and back.
