After collecting car (12/05/2026) from service, not washed/vacuumed (complimentary as promised) and hand brake not on, I was told to return at a later date to fit a temperature sensor. When driving home I noticed 3 diagnostic lights still on. Phoned to complain about all issues. Told all would be resolved when sensor fitted. Took car in (18/05/2026) and asked to leave all day to sort everything including wash/vacuum. Car was in the garage a total of 8 hours. When I collected it, it still hadn’t been washed or vacuumed. So in 8 hours they fitted a sensor that had been delivered the previous week. Might not seem like a big deal but its put me off using for its third service/MOT next year.
Extremely pleased with my purchase from BYD. All the staff there are very helpful and friendly, especially Tommy who dealt with my purchase. Tommy answered any questions I had, he made sure I was happy with my purchase and patiently guided me through the payment process. I can highly recommend Evans Halshaw BYD Mansfield.
