2 day service = 2 1/2 weeks and zero communication. My car was booked in for a service and some warranty repairs. This took over 2 weeks longer than planned, and I was unable to get any update from Leeds, and not a single phone call was answered. Car is great - service has been the worst I have ever experienced.
After having my Ford Ranger recovered to Evans Halshaw in Manchester Trafford Centre with a blown turbo I was greeted with polite staff, unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say, a 4-5 hour job (so I’m told) turned into 3 weeks of waiting all the time costing me for a hire vehicle. I then had a call to say my key wouldn’t work in the ignition (I’ve never had a problem with any keys before or since) so I had to get another key delivered, one the vehicle was finally fixed I recieved the proforma via email with the costings review but then arrived to pay the bill and pick up my vehicle on the Friday to find a bill £1100 more expensive, to top off my troubles when I drove my vehicle to work on the Monday along the M6 warning lights flashed to tell me my battery had no charge and pull over to the hard shoulder immediately, leaving me in a very dangerous situation I managed to get to the hard shoulder JUST as all power failed in my car, called the AA who informed me that my alternator hadn’t been reconnected after the repairs! Luckily this was 3:30am and not a busier time as this could have been much more dangerous in a rush hour situation! It’s highly unlikely I’ll return!
