Jude (used car salesman from MK centre) was excellent; friendly, profressional and very knowledgeable. He asked us what we wanted and our budget and showed us a few cars to choose from. We got a great deal. There was an unknown isssue with the car within 24 hours but it was sorted quickly and we were given a courtsey car. Would have been 5 stars without this issue!
What’s happened to the service department, 45 mins for a call to be answered last week. Was told a hire car would be available, then the week before no car.. Arrive with my car this morning for a recall. Leave it with them then get a phone call that they need both keys for the car. Well Elliot never mentioned a word and neither does the recall letter. So car still not sorted out and it has to go back next week!!!!
Car delivered with a number of dents, scratches and additional damage that we were not notified about prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. Received no responses from completing 2 complaint forms to head office and took nearly 6 weeks via 3 Evans Halshaw dealerships (Gateshead Hyundai, Derby Hyundai and Nottingham Vauxhall), 4 Managers and 10+ Sales Executives to sort the issues out. Very stressful and would not recommend purchasing from these dealerships again.
