I purchased a used ten thousand two hundred pounds Evoque seven weeks ago the car was back in their workshop five weeks later for a turbo replacement and is still there they still haven't fixed the car . They haven't contacted me once I've had to contact them for updates only to be given apologies and fobbed off for another week very poor service.
Mark Foster could not do enough to help me and find the right van for me, at the right price. He kept me updated and also delivered exactly what he promised, when he promised. I was so impressed I ended up buying a second van from him, and I have recommended him several times since.
The hardest part is walking from the main door to reception but when I get there there is no rush I get ny breath back first but they know who I am and everything is sorted straight away been lots of times before everyone makes sure i am ok and happy. I have found a nearer door to reception now
I searched for the cheapest MOT in Grantham. Evans Halshaw won. Excellent telephone communications. Lovely young woman managed my experience. Professionals improved my air conditioning system. They cleaned my car inside and out. I am so pleased and highly recommend these people.
I have tried to look at this vehicle Citroen C4 reg YX25UTZ since the 19 March, and have been unable to do so, reasons varied from can't locate it to it it is out on loan, to a customer as it because his car is in for repair and awaiting spares. All totally unsatisfactory excuses, Evans Halshaw [especially the Citroen dept] is not the only car dealership. So I shall have to look elsewhere so can you please refund my holding deposit as your site says it was refundable. ++++++++++++++++ But after asking for my refund since 24 march I have heard nothing,
