The customer service we received from Jordan at the Citroen service department was outstanding. He advised taking out a service plan for my Citroen EC4 which saves us money. He kept us updated on the arrival of the part needed for my car and the part was fitted the same day. He was polite and courteous and was understanding of our frustration of having to wait weeks for the part. Thank you Jordan. You made a frustrating situation less stressful with your calm approach.
The absolute worst experience of buying a car I’ve ever had and this was my second vehicle from Evans Halshaw! Not sure if it’s my local dealership specifically going down hill or whether them being bought out has affected things but I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. It’s taken me 3 months to finally get a car from there, the first attempt resulted in being ignored by the salesperson, the second attempt I signed for a vehicle which was subsequently given to another customer and resulted in weeks of chasing and receiving poor communication. Vehicle finally received at the end of March but came with a scratch on it! Brand new vehicle! I could write a novel about all the issues I’ve had but honestly just avoid the place.
Scratches and chips on used car I was purchasing and was assured these would be repaired by their professional ‘paint guy’. I could have done a better job at home. Wax left on car, salesman quipped that at least that showed it had been waxed. Personal item from previous owner still in car on collection and personal data not wiped. Tyre low pressure light on at collection and one key not working. Complete lack of care. Made clear I wasn’t happy and was advised to contact manager the following Monday. Detailed email sent via Kieran, completely ignored. Avoid.
