Car was in for a warranty issue that took nearly 4 months and multiple calls from me to get booked in. Poor communication. Timings agreed not met. Apparently my car needed additional work at an extra cost but when I questioned and refused to pay for it, it then didn't need doing!

Evans Halshaw Brand Customer Services” Spent 30 mins writing a email with what had happened and sent it off the same day. Received a nice reply saying the manager would contact me but two weeks later and nothing from then at all. They are just compounding bad service with more bad manager/ customer service. A company is not just good when all is going right but more so when things go wrong and they step upto the mark. Something Evans Halshaw need to look at
I’ve had a shocking and unacceptable experience. After paying to reserve a car 6 days ago, requesting paperwork 5 days ago I still am yet to receive anything, even after waiting on hold for collectively over an hour throughout this week trying to contact you, as well as numerous emails. I made it clear that unless pre arranged I couldn’t answer a call due to work, spending all my breaks and lunches waiting on hold. Finally managed to speak to someone on Tuesday who assured I would be sent paperwork on Wednesday (yesterday) and I have received nothing. Sent an email yesterday requesting to cancel my order and refund my reservation fee as clearly my order isn’t manageable for this branch, and even that hasn’t been acknowledged.
