Don’t bother with the commercial team, absolute joke. Had a test drive in the diary for 3weeks! Call me less than 30mins before the drive to cancel! Self employed and taken the morning off. Considering the bulk of your customers are trades people this is ridiculous. U can’t even put the right tyres on your own van!!
Once you have bought the car the customer service is disgraceful. I purchased a car 3 weeks ago the cleanliness was disgraceful there was bird poo in the car. I have put in multiple complaints and still yet to hear anything since then I have found faults on the car to which these concerns have been ignored. I would also check before buying the £99 fee you pay for customer care pack as I can’t see what or why I paid £99 as the car hasn’t been handed over in a suitable standard.
Jaz and Pete have been amazing in the purchase of my new car! They indulged all of my panics and explained everything simply and clearly. They both went above and beyond to answer my questions, to provide videos and advise on the car. They were both incredible and made everything incredibly easy Thank you both ❤️
What a great experience in buying a new car. The deal was so good I couldn’t refuse even though we’d only gone “to look”. Ryan was friendly and totally professional, giving us relevant information about the EV3. He even found the car in my husband’s favourite colour! Ryan spent time to explain all the great features on the car and I felt very confident in driving it out of the way showroom. He even phoned me later to ensure I was happy with my drive home. I couldn’t praise Evans Halshaw in Stourbridge more. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
