The staff at EMG Kia Thetford were good because they listened, John Pratt was exactly the sales person you’d like to deal with. I bought a used ioniq 5, on arrival I was pleasantly greeted and offered a drink. The car was perfect other than a couple of small scratches. As I live over a 140 miles away they offered to have a paint repair shop/mobile technician carry the work out at my place of work. (Not completed yet but expecting good results) Top experience
