Tim was incredibly polite and helpful during this sales process, also spoke with Alfie during this process who was just as lovely. All extra were explained to me, Tim made sure I got the best offer for my vehicle. All staff were lovely, very happy with my selection, also amazing service to trade in my previous vehicle, which I know will be sold with good intent!! 10/10 experience would definitely use them again if I was looking for another vehicle.
I was happy with the service at EMG Kia Kings Lynn because I was welcomed upon my arrival. I didn't have an appointment but was soon sitting down with Michael Harrington and discussing my needs in a very relaxed way. Happy to recommend him and Bobby Howes who went trough the car in the handover. Loving my Sportage.

My experience at EMG Kia Kings Lynn could have been better because I was told that the car would have a full valet when I got home and properly inspected it. It had not been touched at all. I found a cigarette burn underneath the car mats. I think it’s a lot of money what I spent they could at least mid effort to do a proper valet on the car
