I was seen by Oliver at EMG MG Ipswich, he was very helpful and his knowledge of the vehicles was amazing, he didn't force me into buying any additional products however they were explained to me in a lot of depth so I was able to make a very clear decision for myself. I would defiantly recommend the garage to Friends or Family.
From the moment I called to inquire about the car I eventually bought, Kwabena was very friendly and accommodating of my working hours to arrange a test drive. He didn’t come across as pushy or just wanting to make a sale, he took time to just chat and was able to answer all of my questions. He kept in regular contact throughout the buying process, and this made collecting my car so much quicker and easier. I found Kwabena really approachable and friendly, and I would definitely recommend both him and EMG to anyone wanting to purchase a car.
My experience at EMG MG Ipswich was excellent. They were prompt to call me following the reservation and made sure someone was available to take us on a test drive despite the dealership being very busy. Vehicle handover took slightly longer than expected due to an issue with the DVLA website having issues but the staff did their best to keep me comfortable and keep things moving. I'll be sure to consider them for my next purchase despite the distance from where I live.
