EMG Kia Ely were great because , Chelsie gave us lots of options without any sales pressure. We also dealt with Michael who was extremely helpful & professional. Overall the team were terrific & we will definitely be back in the future when we are looking to upgrade next. The only reason we will not be using the service option in Ely, is because we live in Essex.
The experience at EMG Kia Ely was great because they are a reliable company, friendly and patient. The sales approach was fair, not high-pressure, honest and I had opportunities to drive the car I was interested in with no obligation to buy it. I know they will provide good support while I own this vehicle.
