My experience at EMG Kia Ely was cracking because from the moment I walked in the vibe was warm and friendly. I was never pressured into a sale. Mark listened to what I was looking for and was able to do me a fantastic deal on my Picanto. Would highly recommend this dealership.
EMG Kia Ely we’re over and above professional from start to finish, Chelsea and David excelled in customer expectation with clear communication and courtesy throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just good advice and competitive pricing. The hand over was great but took too long because we’were unprepared ( our fault)(. The car was well presented and we were made to feel like VIP’s. We would without doubt use and recommend this dealership again, refreshing good.
