I'd recommend EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds to a friend because the cars were of a high quality and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. I dealt with Ian who was both professional and polite, and he certainly gave me the time and help to make my decision.
EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds were fantastic because was dealt with in a friendly but professional way by Ian Stackman. Initially sent me a video of the car then when I went to see it went through all the features in detail. Offered a test drive and agreed to rectify minor issues I found with the car. Car was valeted and ready for collection at time convenient to me and Ian contacted me three days afterwards by telephone just to check if there were any issues or if I was happy with the car, which I was.
EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I had such a good experience purchasing my car from them. I already knew exactly what I wanted (no extras), the salesman was friendly without being pushy and explained everything really clearly. He also took the time to sync my phone and show me how to use the car tech, which helped as my previous car was 12 years old. He also gave me some really useful information on how best to sell my old car.
The experience at EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds was fantastic because at first viewing and test drive of the car it had recently arrived on the forecourt, had not been cleaned and was a bit grimy. Craig assured be their valet team would take take care of it and would ensure a new battery was fitted. All was taken care of by the time I took ownership of the car and i have been very satisfied with it. Thank you Craig.
