I would not recommend EMG Mazda Boston because just think very average car dealer 1st sales call was with very poor female salesperson incorrect information provided prices are extremely average second salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful delivery was ok car was exterior very dirty due to transport on a trailer slight damage to front os wheel rim very minor but none the less
I would not recommend EMG Mazda Boston, not because of the salesperson, but the policy and presale preparation of the car. Given the premium of an approved used car, and the £99 handover pack charged, no drive away insurance was included, no valet cleaning was done on the car, dust and dirt are visible, even rubbish were found in the compartments, we were left with a near-empty tank.
My experience at EMG Mazda Boston was cracking because the staff were polite and friendly. One complaint is that the accounts dept dont work on a saturday which is a busy day for car shopping. Accounts should be open when the showroom is open. I was unable to pay for my car and take it away on a weekend.
I would not recommend EMG Mazda Boston because we were offered free insurance for 24 hrs but on the day we were supposed to pick the car up, we were told it wasn’t available anymore, so had to pay £30, a cost we weren’t expecting. Also, we didn’t feel like the car was valeted very well.
I'd suggest EMG Mazda Boston to a friend because of the friendly service, the expertise of the team and the personal touches you get when you are either waiting for your vehicles service or planning to buy a new car. From end to end everything was done in a professional and relaxed manner. Great Team.
