Don't buy cars from here. Complain about you opening bonnets. They are now trying to claim it's for health and safety. If that is the case why when I asked why I can't open the bonnet to inspect the car I was interested in buying did your staff member say "because I said so". Please don't be dishonest it's not a good look for a business. Pathetic customer service and a pathetic excuse.
Edit: car is awaiting appointment to be collected since zuto agreed its not acceptable and has gone on way too long. Niece is still awaiting a call back from connor who said he was calling back next day that was around 3 weeks ago. Tried multiple times to get back to him and now hes unavailble or not in when you ask for him just like they did when zuto was trying to get in touch with them. Whoever answered the phone stated those parts were not covered at all under warranty. You can dispute service from the lads but doesnt mean your right. Multiple times it's happened. disgraceful. niece got her first car from here february 2025 after passing her test. nothing but issues with it none covered under warranty (battery, alternator, start motor) but in october we finally got told major electrical fault and requires a replacement wiring loom. made complaint as paid over over \xa31500 in diagnotics and parts because this wire throws up random faults and still car is sat broken unable to start. a further \xa3270 inspection report proving the wiring is faulty when we bought it and they don't make the wiring loom anymore and can't find a garage to replace it after ringing over 40 different garages including citreon itself. this garage don't reply to emails from us or zuto car finance. imz sat with a broken car no one to fix it and these couldn't give a damn. when I rang I was told good luck with proving the fault was there when we bought it. well I have all the documents and evidence that proves it was and will see yous in court. vile company and even worse customer service from the lads working there think they can talk to women like rubbish. stay well clear of this place
Do not believe this garage when they say they have serviced and MOT the cars. My partner bought a car from here a year ago and after checking the oil in the car it was below the minimum level on the dip stick, the washer fluid lines were not connected and the brake discs needed changing. We put this down to just bad luck and got the issues fixed. Fast forward to march this year I purchased a car from this garage. Was told it had just had a service and MOT. If this car had been MOT’d they would have realised the windscreen wipers were so worn they didn’t clean the screen front or back. 3 weeks after taking the car home the oil light came on and the car was leaking oil. Took it to a garage who told me that the oil filter was so clogged it was clear it hadn’t been changed in probably a few years so I’m now \xa3130 down after paying for an oil and filter change. The car has also started making an odd ticking mouse which I dread to think how much this is going to cost to fix. The initial interaction of buying the car was good and the staff got this completed quickly however they’re clearly not checking the cars at all before selling them. Avoid this garage at all costs. - to add in responce to the reply below they state that oil filters may not have been replaced, yet they have stamped to service book to state that an oil and filter service has been done.
