Bought a Vw transporter 2020 plate, was told was immaculate and no need to view as we are a fair bit away, on day of collection vehicle was wet although a dry day, long and short of it is paintwork is a disgrace with lots of rust , and no one has replied to various emails and phone calls. Just about to start legal proceedings so buyers beware.
Amazing service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. The car was high quality, well presented, and very reasonably priced. I absolutely love my newX5 \u2014 it's been a pleasure to drive and exactly what I was looking for. It was a smooth and stress-free experience, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with you. Sold my Audi A4 Quattro to Elgin Autos back in December. The process couldn't have been simpler. I sent a few pictures and other details and a price was agreed. They came to collect the car and transferred the money to my bank account straight away. No further haggling. No intake of breath through pursed lips. No head shaking. No tyre kicking. Just a straightforward follow-through of the agreement that was made. Very quick, very fair and very easy. Totally recommended.
This is the first time i have bought a car from elgin autos and the experience was first class and very professional. I went to see andrew and john to see if they could source me a certain range rover with low milage and owners, and they got me a beautiful svr in less than a week. The car is in mint condition and also got top price for my part exchange. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car.
