Go out of your way to use Edinburgh Autos. From reaching out to me by email when I gave an incorrect number, to arranging a good time to view and test drive the car and providing a fair trade in price for my old car it was top class from start to finish. No additional sales add ones and was able to drive away same day in a well presented car, really show they car about selling well presented cars. Even provided car mats after sale as well as a thoughtful welcome box for the car. Can't fault these guys, definitely use if you want a no hassle experience with top notch customer service

I had a brilliant experience with Avis at Edinburgh Autos. He was genuinely friendly, honest, and really went out of his way to help. For once, I didn’t feel pushed to buy anything, just good advice and support. If I’m ever looking for a new car again, I’ll be checking out Edinburgh Autos first. A trustworthy car dealer… what a rare find! Highly recommended.

Lovely family run business ! Ewan was a great help and super friendly. They made me feel welcome and at no pressure to buy a car ! Would definitely recommend and will be back when it’s time for a new car.

I bought a Toyota Auris from here just over a year ago. The price seemed fair, no pushy sales, good customer service, and no issue when I asked that we nip out to the bypass on the test drive to get it up to speed. It was sold in good condition and I've had no real issues.

Excellent from start to finish!! Avis left us alone to look over the car and gave us a decent test drive. No pressure and no hassle to purchase which made us feel relaxed. Avis made sure we were happy with everything and explained in detail about warranties etc. Delivered right to our door with a fresh MOT and service. (have only had the car for a day but I am chuffed to bits with my purchase and I have the confidence and belief in Edinburgh Autos to give a 5 star review) If I am ever looking for a new car again I will be sure to check out Edinburgh Autos first. Highly recommended, trustworthy car dealer (what a rare find)

I cannot commend the car salesman, Avis at Edinburgh Autos Ltd enough for the great price he gave me on a BMW 4-series as well as the manner in which he was so willing to answer my many questions beforehand. His willingness to pick me up from the local airport was also a great help in organising the pick-up. I can genuinely say he has been one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with and the customer service is superb.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently bought a car from Avis at Edinburgh Auto Sales, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Avis was very helpful and friendly he even picked us up from the airport when we arrived from Ireland! He wasn’t a pushy salesman at all, just genuinely welcoming and it was nice to be dealing with the owner. He made us a lovely cup of tea, gave us plenty of time to take the car for a test drive, and clearly explained all the paperwork and details. Before our visit, he was very quick to respond to messages and even sent us a detailed video showing both the inside and outside of the car. This gave us great peace of mind before flying over and made sure our trip was well worth it. Overall, Avis went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Edinburgh Auto Sales and especially Avis if you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and professional experience, he has a lovely selection of cars for sale if you are looking for a reliable motor!
