When you\u2019re walking into a dealership looking to buy a Porsche or any other premium sports car, you expect a polished experience, but you don\u2019t always expect honesty, transparency and genuinely good people. Abdul and the team were some of the most genuine and helpful car sales professionals I\u2019ve ever met. Collection day didn\u2019t go as planned as the refurbished wheels arrived back below standard. Rather than hand over the vehicle anyway, make excuses or hide the issue, they were upfront, honest and made the decision to send them back and get the job done properly. It delayed collection, which was frustrating, but in hindsight it told me everything I needed to know about the business. They chose doing the right thing over the easy thing. They even covered my Uber home. I\u2019m someone who values directness and transparency over a hard sell, and I connected with Abdul straight away. He\u2019s clearly one of the hardest workers in the business, but equally someone who genuinely cares about looking after customers and doing things properly. Passionate, straight talking and honest. At the end of the day, every business needs to make profit, but there\u2019s a reason these guys have built a strong reputation. You feel safe dealing with them because they\u2019re willing to have difficult conversations and put things right rather than just push a sale through. Really appreciate you all. Absolutely top quality service from the guys at farlan\u2026we found the car we wanted and approached a finance company who took over a week to sort. We ended up calling farlan direct and spoke to abdul at 5pm in the afternoon,within an hour the finance was sorted and we picked up the car next day\u2026.
