What an absolute pleasure and experience. The staff are extremely helpful who went up and beyond for me. Went through everything in great detail and answered every question I had. I can not recommend Farlan Automotive enough. 100/100. Outstanding customer service. Extremely helpful and kind. A wonderful atmosphere, a wonderful experience, every member of staff was polite, helpful and so easy to talk to. I purchased a Corvette C8 from Ben at Farlan. The pre- sale side of it was fine. I do not have a problem with paying full price for a car if it is accompanied with the appropriate collection experience and service along with the post sales follow up. Be prepared to have to constantly chase for information and documentation. Having been told in writing THEY will arrange for a missing service stamp in the owners manual, I am now told I have do it myself as they can\u2019t be bothered. Also I would advise that you do not take up the ceramic detailing that they push hard. I am having to have the car now done again but professionally as it does not appear to have been done at all (no water beading). Very poor customer experience and they do not offer the level of service or customer attention that you will find at the recognised professional higher end car dealers.
