Great easy professional experience with Paul. Trade in for a great Range Rover, in Liverpool red\U0001f609. Everything handled very well most impressed. Highly recommended. Iain McLean Sadly the after sales service has been disappointing from taking out extended warranty and then having issues which I had to get resolved elsewhere and then the very basic chasing of the V5C where I\u2019ve been told it\u2019s been applied for and then nothing. I\u2019ve sent an email for another chase on the document, earlier this week nothing. Having worked in Sales and Sales Management for over 4 decades, I was always big on \u201c Wow on the Recovery\u201d when you haven\u2019t resolved or shown sufficient effort, in my opinion and I\u2019m the customer, unfortunately I won\u2019t use these people again for that reason.
Edited Review:- The team were a pleasure to deal with and the sales process was very smooth. I did have some issues initially with a faulty coil pack but to Ryan's credit he sent a replacement which has resolved the issue and its now driving well. The only reason its not 5 stars is it was sold as having a full service history, but the most recent was not carried out so its now overdue. This means I'll have to pay out \xa3975 for a major service on a car I've just bought. I do share some of the responsibility as paperwork should be checked by the buyer as well as the seller. In summary I would buy another car from here, I'd just encourage everyone to check all paperwork before signing the dotted line (as should be done when buying any car from anywhere).
