No messing, no upselling, no reams of pointless paperwork, no ersatz coffee in a plastic cup: all done in 10 minutes, kudos to Brandon. They have a great premium car selection, a few minutes off the A12 and definitely worth a visit.

I have had a really excellent experience buying my new second hand Ford Fiesta with Andrew. I rang in advance and on arrival the car was put out and ready for the test drive. Andrew patiently answered all my questions and was respectful and helpful. At no point did I feel hurried or pressured. Andrew gave me full attention for the whole 2 hours that I was there. He kindly and efficiently took me through the purchase process. This gave me confidence in their selling ethos and to trust in the quality that of the car I bought. He purchased my old car at the same time making the process smooth Obvious it's early days but my 30 mile drive home in my new car was a joy. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable service.

Fantastic customer service from Andrew from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle. Accommodating, professional and friendly. Really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use East Anglia Car Sales again!

Agreed a purchase on a vehicle over the phone whilst I was abroad. Was quoted 8.9% finance on vehicle. They asked for a returnable \xa3500 deposit based on me liking the car when I saw it, or the finance. When finance docs were emailed to me they showed 10.9% and a commission of over \xa31500 to the dealer. I said that I didn’t want the car on that basis and they were very abrupt on the phone and said that I couldn’t have the deposit back. Very dodgy setup. I wouldn’t like to see their attitude if the car had any problems. AVOID THIS DEALER
