I bought a beautiful SUV from Eadles in October and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Bruce was knowledgeable professional & genuinely good natured. He made buying a vehicle such a pleasure and so easy. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and that this company is a family business, not one of those huge impersonal superstores. My new car is perfect and so enjoyable to drive. I highly recommend Eadles!

I have recently purchased a used transit connect from Eadles. This company provides amazing customer service from enquiry stage to delivery of the vehicle. The information provided regarding the service history was thorough and detailed, the condition was as described .I can praise Eadles enough totally proffesional throughout there are many large dealers around ,and bigger is not always better .If you are looking for a new vehicle then look no further

I have held off writing a review until I have had my new van a while so I can give a proper judgement.i normally find the process of buying a van ridiculously stressful however my whole experience was made so easy from start to finish. You can tell all the vans are kept in great condition and the communication and ease of viewing/test driving was great. Will 100% use again next time I need a vehicle.

Highly recommend Eadles, Jake restored our trust in used car dealers after a negative experience with another dealership. Jake was friendly, genuine and reassuring throughout the entire experience. He made us feel comfortable from start to finish and showed us how stress-free buying a vehicle should be. The vehicle was sold with a new MOT & service and after we viewed the car and mentioned one of the alloys was worn from age. Jake went above and beyond to have this refurbished for us. The vehicle was prepared well and communication from Jake was excellent.

We purchased a van from Eadles Vans a year ago and was very happy with our investment Jake has a very impersonal personality that creates a more personal individual experience. However a year down the road we discovered when putting the van in for a service we discovered it had a wet belt instead of a cam belt and it requires replacing. We were told it was a cam belt so we contacted Eadles where once again Jake dealt with inquiry. Jake’s instant response was completely apologetic for this oversight. He asked us to bring the van in to Oxford from Poole in Dorset and he would ensure a new wet belt would be installed. He in fact went the extra mile done the servicing and the mot and did not charge us for any of it. I whole heartedly recommend Eadles you are assured of excellent service and you will be very happy with your purchase.
