We got a car in May and luckily were able to return the car as problems occured in the first week. After spending over \xa3500 on the car we had to return it due to engine issues, which shouldn't be the case with a 2020 crossland. The reviews are very mixed but we should have trusted our gut. Douglas helped us with the return but we just wish it never happened, it was a lot of stress, issues and money we never needed. I would certainly have a look elsewhere! As the owner has said this is not true I have attached the report the garage gave us. This also allowed us to return the car so not sure how we could have returned the car if it wasn't true\U0001f914 this excluded other fees, I also have texts to confirm the total amount. You can see all the faults at the bottom of the report, I have excluded personal details. 100% avoid.
We arrived from Inverness looking to buy Volvo XC60 it was nice they pick up us from train station but at the review we realised that the car is completely full in rust I\u2019m not sure how it passed the MOT! At the end the gentleman was a bit rude explaining that this car is not for us. We were a little bit disappointed and they didn\u2019t want to negotiate on the price. I\u2019m not recommending this car sales. Please avoid it.
Douglas is a great sales advisor, I've been in a few times looking at cars, he's great with his knowledge and full of advice when I am trying to find the right car for me. Very personable and makes you feel at ease. Quite happy to take you out on a test drive and doesn't pressure sale. Highly recommended.
