If you’re looking for a honest reputable dealership you don’t need to look any further! From the moment I rang Chris to enquire about the Range Rover sport all my questions were answered, I travelled 2.5 hours to view the car and bought it after a test drive, Chris was completely transparent, made the whole process simple and delivered the car within the time frame I wanted. Very happy with the car and the service provided. I’ll be back to DCC when the time comes for an upgrade.

Chris not only supplied me with an excellently prepared and presented vehicle but he also supplied a friendly, honest and professional service, a rare commodity these days. I recently visited Driven Car Collection with the intention to purchase a vehicle they had in stock. When I called on the phone, I spoke to Chris who was more than happy for me to come and take a look. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris who then handed me the keys to the vehicle in question and left me to have a good look round it, no pressure or anything. After a good look over the car I popped back in for a good chat with Chris about the car. The whole time Chris was friendly and polite and was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the car that I came in decided to break down in the car park. Chris and the other gentleman there (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) bent over backwards to help me. Chris got straight on the phone and managed to locate the part I needed to repair the car and went out to collect it for me and the other gentleman kindly lent me some tools to fit it and the car was back up and running! This meant however that I had ran out of time to have a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in but Chris was more than happy for me to arrange another time for me to come and have a drive. Fast forward to the following week and I came to have a test drive of the car as luckily it was still available. The car was absolutely spot on and drove superbly. Unfortunately my other half wished to have a look at another vehicle that she found and liked (not the same vehicle as the vehicle I had viewed) and she has decided to purchase that instead. Gutted as the car is a cracker. I can’t praise Chris and the team at Driven Car Collection enough. To help someone they don’t know at all as much as they did speaks volumes to me, they really did bend over backwards to help me get my car fixed and back on the road and the quality of the vehicles they have in stock are top drawer. If you want to find a good car and spot on people to deal with, I would highly recommend going to see Chris and the team at Driven Car Collection. Purchased a range rover. Traveled 2hours to view, car as described. Agreed a deal and had exptations exceed. Great service excellent vehicle prep. Highly recommend to all and to top it all plesent and friendly people.

Chris was top guy. Had to drive some distance to see car, and he was able to get car ready same day so I didn't have to drive back to pick up. Nice car, nice guys, and was an enjoyable buying experience. Had car a month now, and all good. Only gripe was I couldn't convince him to let my buy the Aston instead for same price ( about ten grand less!!!)

I recently purchased a Jaguar XKR from Driven.cc, and the whole experience was outstanding. Chris was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, which made the entire buying process smooth and hassle-free. What really impressed me was the exceptional aftercare after I noticed a scuff on one of the alloy wheels, Chris immediately covered the cost for my local alloy wheel specialist to repair it (he was genuinely mortified that I picked up the car with the scuff!). Wrong side of 65 so I have bought many cars over the years both new and used. I Recently bought myself a Jaguar XKR convertible form Driven Car Collection, not my main car but a toy for the summer. This rates as one of the best cars buying experiences I have had. None of the usual used car talk, I have heard it all before. Chris was excellent to deal with, knowledgeable and straight talking. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would. The whole business is very professional and the stock of quality cars is impressive. I have already recommended DCC to many people and will continue to do so. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to use them, probably exclusively in the future. Thanks again Chris for making buying a car a pleasure as it should be, rather than a chore. Ps car is great!
