Picked up a Honda Civic from DR and the process was one of the most straightforward situations buying a car from a dealership. Was made to feel comfortable. No pressure , no BS. Just a great overall experience. The car drives like a dream and even if i had a problem that 2 year warranty deal and AA deal slapped on top just gives the customer a piece of mind that can be missing from buying a car. Thanks again guys 👍🏾

Bit of a late review. I bought my Nissan X Trail from here almost 5 years ago now. I was heavily pregnant and couldn’t physically visit the car. Dr Motors allowed me to have a WhatsApp viewing and delivered the car to me at a really reasonable price. They also paid for my air con to be topped up. It’s now 5 years later, I still have the car, which I love and aside from natural wear and tear the only thing I’ve paid out for was a replacement alternator last year! Happy days 😊

Fantastic experience. I am dubious of car sales people but David and Jason have restored my faith. Genuine people who love what they do with great value vehicles. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Just bought a Skoda Kodiaq. Exceptional standard of service from a local dealership. An honest description of the car, car was better than shown in the online photos. Jason was a huge help whilst we test drove and sorted out the paperwork. I'd definitely recommend DR Motors.

Came to view a car after seeing it on Autotrader, didn't have an appointment but Jason was more than helpful and let me have a look at the car inside and out, let me look at my own leisure with no pushy sales pitch and answered a few questions that I had.

I wanted to write this review for David and the team at DR Motors. Thank you for your excellent customer service and after care. I bought a beautiful Audi A5 from DR Motors which had unfortunately developed an oil and coolant leak, David instantly had the car collected, repaired and valeted within two weeks. Im very happy with my car and would recommend buying from DR Motors.

BUYER BEWARE !! Iv had my car a year now and it has spent more time off the road than on it ! I travelled nearly 2 Hours to look at my Peugeot 3008, all was well until 5 months in , engine fault repair immediately, wet belt had gone. I'd not even done 2000 miles in this car by this point. Dr motors gave me 2 years gold warranty with this car but guess what the warranty declined the repairs due to the part being past it's age ! I contacted Dave which he then contacted the warranty company, the warranty company then offered a part payment as a 'gesture of good will ' so then I had to put up a bit of a FIght to get the rest of the bill paid by Dr motors, IT WAS OVER \xa31000 ! (All of this btw took over 1 month to sort out so I was without a car for this length of time , brilliant right ! ) I spent a fair few hours on the phone to CAB so I knew that the garage BY LAW either had to repair, replace or refund the car under the consumer act 2015 so I weren't going to back down ! Fast forward another 4 months and the battery keeps going flat so I change the battery that's by the by again the part was old a due to be changed, thing was it went flat even after a new battery so back to the garage , it's a BPGA unit and can only be replaced by Peugeot , so off to Peugeot, they of course do their own diagnostics and yes it's the BPGA unit which came up with 30 PAGES OF FAULTS !!! , and guess what .. that FULL GOLD WARRANTY they gave that would have cost \xa3600 if I had paid for it yet again does not cover this part ! What a waste of time this warranty is , literally not worth the paper it is written on , the works cost another \xa3875 .. brilliant just what you want when you've spent nearly \xa313000 in cash on a car that doesn't even do the basics such as starting up never mind actually bein able to get it on the road and drive it !!!! Dave was also not interested in the fact he's sold a car that has had 2 MAJOR FAULTS within the first year in fact his response was ' don't forget you've driven many miles in the car since you've had it ' Iv done less than 3500 miles since the purchase !!!! So please tell me again that iv worn the car out !! BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND CERTAINLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IF YOU DO GO AHEAD WITH THIS COMPANY .. READ UP ON YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND KNOW EXACTLY WHERE YOU STAND !!! Re your response ....I had had the car 1 year to the day when I rang you about the 2nd MAJOR ENGINE FAULT ! May I just point out that you have contradicted yourself in your response .. you've put you FULLY PAID for the wet belt and then said in the same response you worked with the warranty and you PART paid. . so which it ?? The wet belt should have been changed before you sold it due to its age which as we found out made the warranty nil and VOID and they declined the work ! Yes you worked with the warranty company as I explained in my review and they paid so much and you paid the rest ... You did not pay for it fully!!! And yes I had my car a year to the day when the 2nd MAJOR FAULT occured not MINOR ... MAJOR ENGINE FAULT !!!! WHICH COULD ONLY BE FIXED BY PEUGEOT ONCE AGAIN MAKING THE WARRANTY VOID !!!!! AS previously pointed out I'd barely done 2000 miles infact Iv only just done 4000 miles in it now and that's in 15months so it isn't many miles and wear and tear on my part it's faulty goods on yours!! ... When spending money like that on a car you expect a dealer to be upfront and honest !! I stand by everything that was said on my review and I still sat AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Very friendly abd welcoming team. Polite abd professional, happy to answer all questions and ensure you are happy. Being a female, it cab be intimidating buying a car, but here they made me feel at ease every step of the way. Make a lovely cuppa tea too.

Great sales staff warm welcome after a 3 hour drive there unannounced, went to look at a couple cars test drove the kia sorento and went away to check some more car, rang back later in the day to discuss price and they were very fair with knocking some off for odd little bits on the car that wanted sorting, had it 4 weeks now unfortunately engine light did come on and it did have a coolant leak appear, turned out o2 sensor was kaput after a few days and rad had sprung a leak, spoke to them on the phone and they offered to pay 50% of the invoice which they didnt quickly! Car all sorted now and happy with how the purchase and after sales has gone
