I purchased a transit custom van and from start to finish I can honestly say what great service I had from Andre, test drive was very thorough, I had lots of time to examine the car and Andre walked me through all of the technical stuff and audio stuff, I ordered some fitted mats which were delivered the next day and placed in the van, I’ve also had a follow up phone call from Andre to ask me if everything is okay with my van, I would definitely recommend Dinnages Ford for anyone looking to buy a Ford van or car the service was above and beyond my expectations. I have just purchased a previous owned Ford Ranger Wildtrack from Dunnage’s Ford Transit Center and dealt with Andre Sousa. Below is my e mail of thanks that I sent him for his great service. Sell you a car, with the service and MOT out of synch, then sell you a service plan without telling you that it HAS to be brought in synch, resulting in being forced to pay on top of what you've already paid. I, for one, will never use them again.

Earlier this month, 100 miles from home in Worthing, my engine management light came on. I decided to go to Dinnages, the local Ford dealer to get it checked out. The kindness and attention I received was amazing and the service manager, Paul Francis looked at the car immediately. (Unheard of!) Subsequently I booked the car in and after exhaustive tests, the car was given a clean bill of health. On collecting the car I was informed there was no charge for either of my visits. I received incredible customer service and I cannot recommend the garage and Paul’s team highly enough. A massive thank you. Bob Foster

I've used Dinnages a few times now for my Lex Autolease Transit Custom and I cannot fault the Service Department. All servicing and repairs carried out the same day, and the vehicle washed too! I've dealt with Paul on the Service desk on numerous occasions and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Dinnages to my colleagues.

Bought 2 new ford rangers from here in July 2024 one of them went faulty on Boxing Day 2024 less than 6 months old. After the AA got us mobile I took it to Dinnages in Worthing. Paul the service manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, they were unable to fix the problem and diagnosed a part on back order. They refused to give us a hire car and said they had nothing available. (We had driven 2 hours to get to Dinnages from Buckinghamshire which then left us stranded in Worthing). They didn’t want to fix it and told me to take it to a dealer closer to home. I did this and it is still in the garage awaiting A DIFFERENT PART eta June. I have been without my brand new 50k truck for 6 months. Had to fight to get a Ford ranger hire truck, I eventually got a lower spec one after 3 vehicles. Called David in commercial sales who couldn’t care less, told me his wife was getting cold in the car and hung up on me. I was concerned when purchasing the vehicle that we wouldn’t be able to get parts as I know VW struggle with the Amarock. I was told there is absolutely no problem with parts and they can get them easy next day. Tried emailing Paul from service who doesn’t get back to you for weeks even with consistent chasing from me. When he did reply he was rude and had his facts wrong. Dinnages now refusing to refund me because it’s business to business. They just want your money and don’t care about anything else. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Service 0/10. Can’t fault Jack Fry who was amazing at the beginning of our purchase and has since left the company. I have all correspondence via email and more than happy to share with anyone interested.
