Parts guy was super helpful and kept going in the back to find the right part for me. However it was a 2 week wait to order in so suggested i get it replaced with something else which cost only slightly more but saved me headache in the future so i appreciated that advice. Also got me in and out asap during my lunch break
Booked in for M.O T (at last minute because i didnt realiseit was due so soon!) They called me as soon as it was finished and the estimated time was timed well .I felt like the whole process was in good hands. A professional, courteous and helpful team that made the experience very pleasant for me
Absolutely fantastic customer service at the Worthing branch. All the staff so friendly and welcoming. Car was booked in for a warranty repair and the day before I managed to get a screw in on of the tyers. The service department went above and beyond to get a replacement tyer in for the next day. Massive thank you to Harriet, she has been awesome and should definitely be recognised for the efforts and customer service she has given.
I have purchased previous cars from Dinnages and have always found the team very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and always offered a lovely cup of tea. On this occasion, Owen was really helpful and patient when I went back and needed advice on a couple of small things. From the start he talked me through everything step by step, so I always knew what was happening. The whole process was straightforward and was made to feel comfortable and never pressurized. Overall, an excellent service.
Highly recommend. Had taken my work van to a different garage who couldn\u2019t fix the issue. Contacted Dinnages Worthing who got it sorted within the day for a reasonable price and very friendly service, getting me back to work for my business and saving me significant losses. Will be back again for further work and maintenance.
