We recently purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet. Car was in great condition and it was a pleasure to have been served by Jack the salesman at the dealership. I’ve brought a lot of cars over the years and it was refreshing to be on the receiving end of both professional and good service. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jack. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was searching main dealers for a BMW X550e with all the right spec for many months, I found the car with Dan at Vogue, fitted the bodykit for us. I was treated better than many of the main dealers I had enquired about. Delivered to my home but all the staff were superb throughout. Dan was even eager to buy the car back again from me in the future, Thanks again,
Such a good dealership we made a very impulsive buy and trading in our old car. From start to finish it has been great not your standard pushy salesman and gave us a great price with our trade in. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again. Thanks Dan \U0001f929 …
You asked me for a review so here it is . After swapping my car for an audi q3 which I know had at some stage had a broken passenger window and had sustained a few bits of damage to trims .You said you had a trim for the inner post which I bought the car back in for ,after collecting the car after repair found that the new panel had black oily finger marks all over it (which I cleaned my self). The damaged panel was left under the the driver's seat ?so I disposed of that . I then asked the question about dents and a bad repair on the same door . And again dropped off for two days for the repair . Badly painted again and dents still visible. Then noticed that door card was hanging off so i removed the panel to find all clips were missing and clip location broken on the panel, so asked the question and dropped it back off again, to be told later that day clip were on order. I then took it back in Saturday morning spoke to the young lad took the panel off and showed him the damage and it would require a replacement card and clip not just clips, asked if they could get back to me as soon as possible as I work nights and was running back and forth to Nottingham to visit a very poorly father who has been battling with cancer for the last two years. So I don't have a lot of spair time for running back to the garage for bad repairs. Been waiting 2 weeks now not heard anything from the garage nor received the logbook. Called dvla ,not been sent . So iv took it on my self to reapply for the logbook and have also purchased a used door and door card my and now happy with the audi . Thanks for the hassle and stress . Will not be returning anytime soon or ever . Customer service is a big part of any purchase and I don't believe you have any 1 star is too much . Thanks there's your review that asked for .... Thanks for the key board response to the above i was waiting for such a response. As for the cheapest car ,you was very quick to to take my 280 cupra which you knew was worth 2 grand more than the audi and you probably made 2 grand on the audi originally. There was no time scale given for the clips which wouldn't have worked anyway because of the broken panel. Which the young lad took photos of on the Saturday. but it has been over two weeks with no mention of the clips. As for the v5 it is your legal duty to register the new keeper when they buy a car. I do hope everyone reads these reviews to avoid a possible head ache . Like I said before customer service is key , and a call to say the clips were in or let's sort this panel would of been greatly appreciated \U0001f44f
