I bought my car from DMC back in October 2024 and likely wouldn’t purchase another from this company. I was after a specific and rare performance Audi, and had to jump on the opportunity to have a look when I saw one in stock at DMC being local to the garage. Unfortunately, my excitement at the prospect of owning this car probably clouded my intuition which said not to proceed with purchasing. Numerous alarm bells rang when I was looking at the car; a lack of service history/invoices, a coolant leak that they would only fix after I spotted it, no v5 present, no clarity on why/how they came into possession of the vehicle, and evidence that just about half the car had at some point been resprayed - what on earth had this poor thing been through!? After I bought the car I got underneath and saw they had put self tapping screws through the subframe to secure the undertray after servicing it for me - so professional! In the last year I have spent circa \xa34.5k putting the car right including replacing wheel bearings, dampers, clutch/flywheel, oil sump, Haldex control unit and battery. On the plus side, I’ve pretty much kept my local VAG specialist in business since owning it! The car is now in much better order than when I purchased it, however it shouldn’t have fallen on me to pick up the pieces. I was 21 when I bought the car so I’ll probably look back in time and just treat it as another character building/ learning experience, but it has caused a lot of stress and anxiety and has really dampened the pleasure of owning my first performance car. From now on I’ll only buy vehicles from garages who are transparent about the history/ nature of the vehicle and who generally want to do the best by their customers in giving them a good quality, reliable vehicle. I don’t get the impression this company is particularly concerned about what sort of vehicles they’re selling, nor do they seem to have much regard for client care and satisfaction. Overall a very expensive learning experience!

Bought an Audi from this garage earlier today couldn’t fault them from start to finish Lisa has been amazing went above to help get the car ready as I had a really long drive down and I’m so glad I made that drive the car was spotless and I love it it’s perfect. Thank you so much

Recently changed my car with Dereham Motor Company and the whole process was professional with no hard sale. Part ex my Golf and got a fair market price that we were happy with and although the car we went to look at wasn’t available, they asked my criteria and offered what turned out to be a better option with price and deal. Vehicle was serviced MOTd and a couple of issue sorted out which where noted on test drive. Can’t fault the serviced we received and can highly recommended them as a professional Business.
