\u200bI purchased an Audi Q7 in January 2026. During the initial viewing, I noticed a few minor visual defects which the team agreed to repair if I proceeded with the purchase. After looking at other options, I called back and bought the car over the phone. There was no pushy sales pressure\u2014just honest, straightforward advice. Georgia was great throughout the purchase of the car updating me and answering all my questions. \u200bBefore delivery, the car underwent their mechanical inspection. They proactively called to inform me they were replacing the spark plugs, which gave me great reassurance that the inspection was thorough. \u200bWhen the car was delivered to my house, I was blown away. All the agreed bodywork was completed to a incredibly high standard; the car looked even better than I had imagined! \u200bAfter a couple of weeks, I encountered a few minor sensor issues. I spoke with Simon, and he was more than happy for me to take it to a local garage. He settled the bill immediately with no quibbles at all. \u200bI\u2019ve had the car for three months now. While it has had a few minor issues (which is to be expected with any second-hand vehicle), dealing with Derby Trade Cars has been seamless. This has honestly been one of the best car-buying experiences I\u2019ve ever had. \u200bI would highly recommend their services and will definitely look to them again in the future! \u200bThanks to the whole team!
Purchased a blue RS3 from Derby Trade Cars and I couldn\u2019t be happier with the service I received. From the beginning, the whole process was handled in a very professional manner. Ollie and Simon were both excellent to deal with \u2014 friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They made the buying process straightforward and stress-free. After collecting the car, one main issue did arise, but the team dealt with it quickly and professionally. They arranged for me to use a local garage to carry out the relevant repairs, ensuring the issue was resolved and that the car was returned to me in great condition. It was very reassuring to see how committed they were to putting things right and making sure I was happy. Overall, a great experience and a company that clearly values its customers. I would highly recommend Derby Trade Cars to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Had car of this company, ollie promise car was all good with fresh 12 months mot after a month start having problems with vehicle got it checked from dealers said dodgy mot called this company to state all problems and were not bothered and start been rude they were more concerned about the review and asking me take it down as I said I will if sort the car out but they have ignored me number of times, poor service and customer after care is appalling.
Found a car on Autotrader that really caught my eye and once I\u2019d browsed through the advert decided this was the car I wanted, contacted them to make an enquiry expecting the process to take a couple of weeks to get the vehicle, however Simon sorted everything out in just a few hours and within 2 days the car was ready, he went through every step and was always ready to answer any question, unfortunately when I picked the car up he was not working and dealt with his some instead, he was just as professional and courteous and after a 3hr journey even picked me up and took me to the dealership, the customer service through was amazing and they turned what could have been a headache into a quick and easy process, when I arrived the car had already been moved to an area where it was ready to go and it was immaculate, you can tell Derby Trade Cars really do care about their cars and customer, will definitely be looking to purchase from them in the future
