I have just picked up my new car from Days, David Hanney was very helpful and honest, I was very pleased with the help and information he gave me about my car, I would definitely recommend going to see him if you are interested in buying a second hand car.

I am a mobility customer of Days and have had two cars from them over the past 4 years, They would not give me a replaced vehicle unless I paid for insurance. I asked them to collect my vehicle, it was collected at 8 o'clock on the morning of the service, the car did not come back to me until 5.30 the same day, surely they would have understood that a mobility user needs their vehicle, yet they chose to have my car in last. I wonder was this because I asked for collection? Admittedly I should have asked for it back sooner but common sense should have told them it would be needed. They was also a nail in the tyre surely that could have been fixed, but because my car was last they probably wanted to go home again no respect for a mobility customer I could have been left with a flat tyre in the night when I needed my vehicle I was very disappointed with Days

Picked up our new car yesterday from Haverfordwest. Went in to Service our Peugeot 208 and came out with a Mercedes! Dave Hanney was there 2 years ago when we bought the Peugeot and he was there to help us buy the Mercedes. Very refreshing to find sales staff still at a garage you go back to to get another car. This doesn't happen very often. Dave looked after us . No flannelling , just good sales negotiations. Dave leaves you happy with you purchase and not coming away thinking you shouldn't have bought the car etc. It was a bit disconcerting to have the engine coolant light came on during the home journey, but this is the service department issue and nothing to do with Dave. We have been coming to Day's Motor group for over two years they have looked after three cars now. Even though its 1hour 20 minutes away, we still return. That says it all. Top man Dave.

Booked an MOT and a minor car service for my Ford Kuga with Day’s Haverfordwest. The staff were professional, welcoming and clearly explained what needed to be done. Good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend it.

I would strongly advise avoiding this garage. I was quoted nearly \xa33000 for repairs that were supposed to take 5 days — it ended up taking 4 weeks with very poor communication throughout. When I finally went to collect my car, I was told it needed an additional \xa31500 worth of work just to pass its MOT. Thankfully, I refused and took it straight to my trusted local MOT garage — and it passed first time without any issues. This experience has left me feeling completely ripped off. The delays, the inflated costs, and the attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs show a total lack of honesty and professionalism. Save yourself the stress (and the money) and go elsewhere.
