Hello, I\u2019m Linda. I would like to share my experience with an individual (Justas) when I visited Days today he was unprofessional towards me he wasn\u2019t very helpful what so ever he didn\u2019t have a nice tone whilst I was speaking to this individual i would not like to complain But I just want to share my experience with other people.
Service wasn\u2019t great, was told my car would come with a cleaning kit worth \xa3400, on pick up day was told the car had a \u201conce over\u201d with the products. Car also didn\u2019t come with car mats as they were \u201c damaged\u201d so had to replace them myself. Lastly a week after buying the car I found out it had an outstanding recall for a Takata airbag and the recall was put out in February, I bought the car in march, not one word about the recall! Just wanted a quick sale to a young girl
Absolute waste of time. I requested test drives for two cars through the website and was called by Steve to arrange a time. When I arrived, one car had only just come in and couldn\u2019t be driven until it had been inspected, and he said he was too busy to take the other one out. I reminded him that this was what we\u2019d arranged, but he just shrugged and asked if I wanted to put a deposit down instead.
Just a heads up to anyone thinking of buying a car from Days Swansea based on my experience, I wouldn\u2019t recommend it. We paid for our car outright, and within less than a year we\u2019ve had ongoing issues that have been nothing short of stressful. It first went into the garage in December for an engine fault that we were told had been \u201cfixed.\u201d Unfortunately, the same issue has come back again it has been in the garage for ten days, and now they\u2019re saying they don\u2019t even know what\u2019s wrong with it. Both the sales and service teams have been completely unhelpful and uninterested throughout. Today we were told to collect the car because they couldn\u2019t find a fault \u2014 only to arrive and discover they\u2019d misplaced our key. The level of aftercare from both departments has been extremely disappointing and has caused us a lot of unnecessary stress.
Fairly easy to find, albeit at the end of a long road with not much else along the actual route to the location. Nice, big open space in the main dealership with very nice, friendly, chatty, and accommodating staff. Used car sales lodge is separate to the main dealership building, but didn\u2019t go into this facility so cannot comment on it.
