I had an extremely disappointing experience with Days Cardiff and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them. I bought a van that suffered engine failure within just two days. On the very same day it broke down, it was taken back, but from that point on, the situation only got worse. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle, received little to no communication, and was left completely in the dark about what was happening. In particular, the sales representative in Cardiff, Adrian, provided no communication or updates whatsoever throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. They initially refused to provide a refund or any clear options, stating they needed a report\u2014which took 10 days. However, I ended up getting the information myself directly from the garage. To make matters even more frustrating, they wouldn\u2019t even tell me which garage the vehicle was in. I had to push and chase another employee just to get that basic information. After all of this, instead of honoring my repeated requests for a refund from the moment the van broke down, they tried to offer me another van. I eventually had to escalate things by contacting the sales area manager in Swansea and physically going to his office in another city. There, I was questioned in a way that felt more like a police interview than a customer service interaction, and I was given incorrect information about my legal rights regarding refunds. I had to literally argue for a refund rather than being supported as a customer. After over two and a half weeks\u2014with no vehicle, no support, and significant financial loss due to missed work, tax, and insurance\u2014I am only now receiving a refund. I was not compensated for the costs of lost vehicle tax or the fees associated with changing my insurance, despite these being direct consequences of the situation. At no point was any compensation offered for the inconvenience or losses I incurred. Without a doubt, this has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. The lack of transparency, support, and basic customer care was shocking. I felt completely let down from start to finish.
absolutely shocking this garage is. my mother bought a car back in the summer and after 2 months of having it the car was breaking down on the side of the road. we then found out they used the wrong battery for the car and lied about changing things in the car. we have had nothing but issue with them since. they took the car in for 1 month and said they had fixed everything and once they finally gave it back to my mum 2 weeks later than they were supposed to it was still broke having the same problem then they took it back to the garage and have now said the car is in fixable. there has been 0 help from anyone at the team at days apart from a reply every couple days. honestly couldn\u2019t recommend this garage to anybody with a budget as they will sell you anything in your budget just to get it off the lot. terrible garage
Great selection of vehicles at the showroom. Superb customer service, we were met by Lewis whilst walking around the cars. He never pressured us into buying, but was very helpful and informative (and patient as we had a 3 year old and 1 year old with us). Test drove the van we liked and purchased it within the hour. I scanned the price against similar models on auto trader and actually this was advertised below the bottom of the price range! Very easy and friendly to work with and no pushy sales tactics. Warning to potential customers. Recently bought a car from here, initial buying experience was friendly and easy, and the car is still working okay, so far. However, after we picked it up we found a few faults and the customer service quality dissapeared completely. Took it back and Adrian agreed there was something rattling in the back of the car but we couldn't ascertain exactly what it was... said he'd call me to organise an inspection by his team. Nothing. Proceeded to call him 6 times over 6 weeks! Every time he said he'd get back to me. Nothing happened. Basically they delayed until the 3 month warranty was finished. Then they had the cheek to call my wife and ask if she wanted to extent the warranty for more money. Additionally, the car needed a transmission service, new tires, brakes and key batteries very convieniently shortly after we bought it (I suspect the notifications were previously deleted). TLDR: You will be abandoned once you drive away unless it's a critical fault, the car will be safe but probably have faults/worn out/old unreplaced components, and then they'll call to extend the warranty. Do not buy the extended warranty when they try to sell it to you! It's worthless. Looks like they don't value keeping customers. They get 3 stars because the car actually works so far (despite needing servicing by us) that's it.

I bought my new Audi A3 and I am so impressed of the customer service, I am so impressed also of the car itself. Process was so quick and easy. Thank you Adrian, I wish you great success in life Updated review : I was pushed to write review above at the front of salesman while buying car. He remind me couple of times if I can do it while he will complete paperwork. My car was sold to me with faults... Child lock not working, Electric driving mode not working, rattling noises from engine, Knocking under car, car is cracking and squeaking on bumps. My car was taken for inspection and they returned it to me saying they did not find any issues. My son have ADHD and it is unsafe to keep him in car when child lock does not work. They said car can give noises if it has 100k miles... The car was 21 plate and cost nearly \xa314k... it is not cheap car but it drives like 30 years old car.... Definitely will take it further...
Really good customer service - friendly and authentic. Adrian was very helpful and is someone you can trust. He is clearly very experienced in the trade and was very honest with me throughout the process. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and if something goes wrong, they will look after you!
